PROJECT SUSTENABILITY:
"Promoting the tourism’s potential of the municipality Olteniţa through specific marketing activities and enhancement of Gumelniţa Civilization"


Olteniţa UAT organizes on March 21, 2016 - March 25, 2016 the event "PROMOTING GUMELNIŢA CIVILIZATION AND THE TOURISM IN OLTENIŢA’S SCHOOLS".The action takes place in the sustainability of the project: "Promoting the tourism’s potential of the municipality Olteniţa through specific marketing activities and enhancement of Gumelniţa Civilization" having the SMIS code 17830.
The project was implemented from March 2011 to April 2012 by Olteniţa’s Local Council as beneficiary of the grant, and had as overall objective the completion of activities of promotion and marketing of tourism potential of the Olteniţa Municipality and valuing the culture Gumelniţa.
The project carried out by local authorities under the Regional Operational Programme, Priority 5 DMI 5.3 highlights local history, which is the main reason to urge tourists from everywhere to visit us and enjoy the area attractions here. This year's sustainability work happening in three schools in the city of Olteniţa, under the form of open lessons of history with the theme "Culture Gumelniţa" during the week 03.21.2016 - 03.25.2016.
The goal of ppopularizing this event is achieved by installing banners, through posters placed at the museum, town hall, schools and other locations, and by disseminating its dedicated promotion materials.
